We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was perfect, with a super comfortable bed and pillows that made it hard to leave in the morning. The location was amazing, surrounded by beautiful forests and snow-capped mountains. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and assistance. We will definitely be returning in the summer with our family.
The breakfast experience could have been better if there was a wider selection of bread and spreads.

I recently stayed at Alpenhotel Stefanie in Hippach for a ski trip and it was by far the best hotel I've experienced. The English style reception, cozy bar with a fireplace, and luxurious restaurant created a unique and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the spa area and pool were top-notch. The outstanding dinner and breakfast added to the overall exceptional experience. I can't wait to return this summer.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The service and housekeeping were excellent, and the room amenities were top-notch. We loved the heating, mini-bar, sitting area, terrace, and garden furniture. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to our comfort. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

A cozy hotel in the heart of the Alps, perfect for a Christmas getaway experience. the SPA area is a true retreat after a day spent skiing. the warm indoor pool with a view to snow mountains is the best place to relax. A nice touch is the high pressure massage pipes, which proved to be very helpful after skiing. the hotel's location is strategic , the ski, bus line stops right in front of the hotel and you can easily reach nearby ski areas. Breakfast is delicious, with many options to choose from, and the homemade cakes are a must, try.
The room cleaning service was below our expectations. We found some slippers from prior guests left in the room, which made us question the cleanliness of the room.

We had an amazing Christmas in the Alps! The hotel had incredible views of the snowy forest and mountains. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was really delicious with plenty of options. We really enjoyed the spa area and the pool was super relaxing after a day of skiing.
The bar was empty at night and the bartender was not always present. prices were a bit steep but given the overall experience it was worth it.

We had a fantastic visit to the Alpenhotel Stefanie, nestled in the stunning Zillertal Valley near the renowned ski area of Mayrhofen. The hotel provided a tranquil and inviting atmosphere, with a cool sauna area and pool for our family to relax and unwind. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring a variety of freshly cooked options and even Prosecco for a special treat. We especially loved waking up to the breathtaking view of the mountains each morning.
For families, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities and amenities available. One suggestion would be to offer a dedicated play area or organized events for children.

The location of the hotel in the whole Valley is absolutely stunning. With breathtaking views of the mountains from both the rooms and the terrace, it truly feels like a dream. the convenience of being just a short distance to the closest cable car in Mayrhofen is also a huge plus, allowing for quick access to the slopes.
One minor drawback is the lack of a dedicated area to dry clothes after hiking.

During my ski vacation at the mountains, I stumbled upon a fantastic hotel close to the Mayrhofen ski area and had the best time ever. Our room was modern with an incredible view of the Zillertal valley and a comfortable bathroom. the breakfast was excellent, with a lot of variety, and the restaurant had a beautiful view. the staff was very friendly and professional, we even had a DJ play great music at night. the terrace and the garden with the private swimming pool were some of its facilities.
The elevator malfunctioned a few times, which was scary.
